The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Doncaster Baseball Club Inc. will be held at 7.00 pm on Thursday 24 May 2018 at Deep Creek Reserve, Warrandyte Rd, Doncaster East.

The ordinary business of the AGM will be to:
· confirm the minutes of the last AGM
· receive, from the Board, financial reports for the preceding Financial Year
· elect Office Bearers and regular Board Members
· fix members subscriptions for the ensuing Financial Year
· special business, as communicated in writing to the Secretary by any Member by 7 May 2018 for consideration at the AGM.

Nominations for the following positions are invited from Members of the Doncaster Baseball Club:
· President
· Vice-President
· Secretary
· Treasurer
· Board Members (6)
Board roles include Registrar, Senior & Junior Match Committee Chairs, Social/Fundraising, Equipment, Sponsorship, Bar/Canteen Manager.
