The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Doncaster Baseball Club Inc. will be held at 7.00 pm on Thursday May 23, 2019 at Deep Creek Reserve, Warrandyte Rd, Doncaster East.
The ordinary business of the AGM will be to:
• confirm the minutes of the last AGM
• receive, from the Board, financial reports for the preceding Financial Year
• elect Office Bearers and regular Board Members
• fix members subscriptions for the ensuing Financial Year
• vote on life member nominations
• adopt a new Constitution
• special business, as communicated in writing to the Secretary by any Member by May 16, 2019 for consideration at the AGM.
